I have an 80-page report, but every time I try rearranging the pages, all my existing bookmarks and outline links completely vanish. How do I reorder pages while keeping the document bookmarks intact?

That’s really annoying, especially with an 80-page report. Use a PDF editor that supports page reordering without rebuilding the file, and save a copy first; Adobe Acrobat’s Organise Pages usually retains bookmarks, though check the outline afterwards. I mark up pupils’ worksheets and also find it helps to export a bookmark list or note the key page numbers before moving anything.
