I’m sending a client several PDF invoices and project documents, but I’m not sure how to include them all in one email without making it confusing. What’s the best way to handle it?

That is a bit fiddly when there are lots of attachments. I usually put everything in one clearly named folder, compress it into a ZIP file, and attach that, with a short list of what’s inside in the email. If the files are large, I’d upload the folder to a shared drive instead and send one download link.
