Every single time I download a PDF on my laptop it immediately launches in a new window, which is driving me crazy. Where do I change the settings so it just saves to my folder?

I send clients forms they have to print, fill in by hand and scan back, which feels pretty outdated. How do I make the PDF fillable so they can just type into the fields?

PDFs used to open fine on my computer, but since yesterday double-clicking them does nothing. I restarted already and still can’t get a 12-page invoice to open - any idea why?
